Visual identity system for a realtor in NC.
The ask:
Update a generic real estate logo and design a visual system that could live on yard signs and trucker caps alike.
The problem:
Existing logo had the wrong business name and no visual identity to speak of.
What I did:
Discovery conversation informed five concept directions. Final identity: circle crest with multiple logo variations, Scottish-inspired color system, custom typography, custom tartan, custom land imagery, and a complete brand guide.
Concept development, logo design, visual identity system.
The result:
Client rolled out the brand with pride. The meaning behind every element was what resonated most. Full system ready to hand to any printer, embroiderer, or web designer.
